Download TestPod

Click the red button. The file goes into your Downloads folder.

Open the file

Open your Downloads folder and double-click TestPod-Setup.dmg.

Drag TestPod into Applications

A window opens. Hold the mouse button down on TestPod, move it onto the Applications folder, then let go.

Open the Applications folder

In that same window, double-click the Applications folder.

Open TestPod

Double-click TestPod. Your Mac says it is “damaged” — this is expected. Click Cancel.

Copy the fix

Click the red button. Then you open Terminal and paste it there.

The next three steps
1. Copy this step >_ 2. Open Terminal step 7 ⌘ V ↵ 3. Paste step 8

Open Terminal

Press ⌘ command and space together. A search box appears. Type Terminal and press return.

Paste the fix

Click in the Terminal window. Press ⌘ command and V together, then return. TestPod opens.

Terminal says “not found”?

Sign in to TestPod

Type the email you signed up with. For the password, type 1234. Click Login.

Open our email

Find the email from Hitek Nova and click Add to my account. Not there? Look in Spam.

Go back to TestPod and log in with your machine user. Your machine now shows in your dashboard.

Problems?

“No account found for this email”
Sign up first at hiteknova.com/registration.
“Link expired”
The email link works for 30 minutes. Sign in on TestPod again for a new one.
“This machine has already been added to an account”
If that wasn’t you, email [email protected].
