Your invoices live in the dashboard billing section, each with a PDF download. The dashboard is always the source of truth for the current month's charges, even if an email copy hasn't arrived (check spam first — invoices come from a hiteknova.com address).
A monthly charge is the $30 minimum per computer (covering 100 devices) plus any per-device overage and optional add-on checks — see pricing for the full breakdown. If an amount ever looks wrong, contact support directly; we handle billing questions personally rather than through the bot.
